A Dreamscape editorial in Mauritius
The beginning of something beautiful
Sometimes, the most beautiful projects are the ones you don’t plan.
This collaboration started with a simple message on Instagram. Alia had come across our work and instantly connected with it something modern & different.
What followed happened fast. In less than two weeks, a simple idea turned into a full creative shoot, built purely on passion, instinct, and a shared vision.
No pressure. No overthinking.Just the desire to create something beautiful together.

They were in Mauritius for family holidays, yet the way they approached this shoot felt anything but casual. Passionate, joyful, soft, and vibrant… everything flowed naturally.
Working with them was effortless, the kind of collaboration that reminds you why you love what you do in the first place.
An experience we would relive without hesitation.
Alongside them was Daphné Ducasse, founder of Daphnis.D, and also a dear friend.
Her work is deeply personal. Every piece she creates carries her signature: unique, detailed, and thoughtfully designed in her studio.
We’ve already had the chance to collaborate on a previous inspiration shoot in 2025 ... and once again, it was amazing. There’s a certain kind of magic when creative minds align without needing to explain too much.
A vintage vision, reimagined
The direction was clear, yet open to interpretation.
Minimalist. Old money. Elegant, with a soft vintage soul.
The twist? Everything was captured on film.
No instant preview. No retakes based on a screen.Just trust, instinct, and a bit of risk. We had a moodboard, of course, but reality had its own plans. The light, the timing, the setting… not everything matched the initial vision.
And somehow, that’s exactly what made it special.
The shoot took place at Seasense Boutique Hotel, on the east coast of the island. The setting couldn’t have been more perfect. The beach, the softness of the colors, the golden tones of the sunset… everything came together naturally, elevating every detail without effort.
For this project, i imagined and created the entire floral atmosphere with the help of our talented team.
A natural, almost organic ground arch. A refined yet effortless bridal bouquet. And a floral styling that blended seamlessly into the environment. But beyond the design itself, this shoot was also a creative challenge.
We stepped out of our usual comfort zone...working with flowers we don’t typically, highlight for weddings in Mauritius.
The result felt different. More editorial. More expressive.
And today, it’s a direction we are proud to explore and offer to our clients.
When we finally received the images…
It was magic.
There’s something about film photography, it captures emotion in a way that feels more honest, more raw, more timeless and yet without any editing..
The result went beyond what we had imagined. And sometimes, that’s exactly when you know you’ve created something special.
More than a shoot
This project is more than just a beautiful collaboration.
It’s about trusting the process. About allowing creativity to unfold naturally. About working with inspiring, talented, and powerful women who share the different passion.
