When the right team comes together ✨

Every unforgettable wedding starts the same way.

Not with flowers only .

Not with tables.

It starts with an idea, shared between people who believe in creating something beautiful together.

Our recent experience at the Wedding Convention at Tribeca reminded us exactly of that.

Once again, we had the pleasure of collaborating with Helio Ever After and H Concept.

3 Distinct identities .

3 Different creative minds.

1 Shared vision.

Because memorable weddings are never created by one person alone.

They happen when passion, trust, and creativity come together.

And somehow, what begins as separate ideas becomes one beautiful story.

A small space, a big vision

When we first started planning this setup, all we had was a 2m x 4m space.

A small space.

A big challenge.

In just a week and a half, starting with a simple moodboard, a handful of ideas, and many conversations, that empty space slowly became the atmosphere we had imagined.

We worked with what was available, adapted along the way, and let every decision shape the final result.

And that's something we always tell our clients.

It's all about the details.

Three services, one complete experience

The idea behind this setup was simple.

To show how different wedding services, when thoughtfully brought together, can become one seamless experience.

Helio Ever After brought the vision to life through wedding styling and coordination, where every detail had its place and every element felt intentional.

H Concept introduced contemporary furniture and statement lighting, giving the space its character and atmosphere.

At Jackie's Floral, we did what we love most: using flowers to add texture, movement, and emotion to every corner of the design.

Individually, each element tells its own story.

Together, they become something far more memorable.

Behind every setup, there are many hands

What people see is the final result.

What they don’t always see are the hours of preparation, the changes, the adjustments, and the team behind it.

This setup was imagined by Séverine, Virginie, Henry and Milie, but it came to life thanks to our incredible team of florist, helpers, and us hahaha.

The fairy hands behind each floral composition.

The people who prepare, create, carry, install.

Seeing the Jackie's team evolve, understand new styles, and push their creativity further is honestly one of the most rewarding parts of this journey for me. (We somehow documented the flowers... but not the team behind. Here's me pretending I did all the work. (I definitely didn't create these arrangements but i did the rest at least- regarding Jackies) 😂)

The beauty of trusting the process

It's funny how people often remember the flowers.

Or the candles.

Or the chairs.

But what they really remember is how it all felt.

This convention wasn't about proving what we can do.

It was about watching an idea slowly become something people could walk through, pause in, and imagine as their own.

A few sketches.

A few conversations.

Coffee meetings that turns into lunch talk then matcha time.

Many hands.

Many moodboards...And suddenly... a story.

Maybe that's what wedding design really is. Not filling a space, But creating a feeling before a single guest even arrives.

The most beautiful weddings are rarely built by one person. They're built on trust.

Trust in the process.

Trust in the people behind it.

And perhaps that's where the magic and love begins.

Blooms & Blessings,

JF
