Delivery Policy
We deliver around the whole island. Delivery fees depends on location, and considering weddings and events, the transport fee will me mentioned in the quote.
Regarding Hotels, same, the delivery fees will be mentioned in the quote same as refresh transport fees.
We ensure to deliver as per customers availability as much as possible, but deliveries schedules will depend on drivers and major forces.
Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that flowers are a delicate item and that sometimes arrangements may arrive damaged. We are happy to offer a return policy on any damaged arrangements or arrangements that doesn't suits your request. To be eligible for a return, the damaged arrangement must be reported and returned within the same day of delivery. Please contact us within this time frame to initiate the return process. We will work with you to provide fresh flowers replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on arrangements that have not been damaged or against what you wished for.
